Newdusk is a Zoho Books implementation consultancy focused on helping growing businesses put the right financial and operational systems in place – and ensure they are implemented properly.
We specialise in finance-led Zoho implementations, working with businesses that have outgrown basic accounting tools and now require more structured, scalable systems to support growth, multiple users, and operational complexity.
We are an official Zoho Books Partner and work primarily with Zoho Books, with supporting implementation experience across Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expenses, and foundational CRM setup.
Our Focus
Our core focus is Zoho Books implementation and adoption.
We help businesses:
- Plan and scope their Zoho implementation correctly
- Configure Zoho Books to reflect real accounting and operational workflows
- Extend the system into Inventory, Expense, and basic CRM where required
- Train users and support successful go-live
Our role is to lead and manage the implementation process, ensuring that Zoho is configured correctly for the business – rather than simply switching the software on.
Where advanced technical configuration or CRM customisation is required, we collaborate with Zoho-certified technical partners under our project leadership.
Our Background & Experience
Our experience comes from many years of hands-on involvement in accounting operations, financial systems, and business process environments across multiple industries.
While we are not a traditional accounting firm and do not present formal accounting qualifications, our background allows us to understand:

In addition to commercial system implementations, Newdusk has also been involved in structured project management roles within enterprise and government environments, including large-scale physical asset management programmes delivered on client-owned systems.
